The Suffolk County Department of Health on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 reported that the number of people who tested positive for COVID-19, had topped 2%. Health department officials say 102 new cases, were confirmed within the last 24 hours. Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone on Twitter said, “Now is not the time to get complacent. Be smart. Wear a mask. Practice social distancing”.
