A Levittown man suffered serious injuries over the 4th of July holiday weekend after a firework accidentally detonated, in his hand. Nassau Police say that on Sunday, July 5, 2020 at 9:20 p.m. a 20 year old man accidentally detonated a firework on Polaris Drive. The victim suffered severe injuries to his hand and eye.
