Nassau Police say a Syosset man was taken into police custody after he allegedly fired a round from his shotgun, at a neighbors house on Walters Avenue. Police say 23 year old Robert Passero fired a round from his shotgun into a residence adjacent to his own on Walters Ave around midnight on Thursday, June 25th, 2020. No injuries were reported. Passero was arrested and charged with Reckless Endangerment 1st degree, Criminal Mischief 4th degree and Prohibited Use of Weapons. He will be arraigned on June 26, 2020 in Mineola.
