2020 is turning into a successful year for Justin Bieber.  A YouTube series and a #1 album.  Changes is #1 on the charts and this album makes this album his 7th #1.  He is the youngest artist to score seven #1 albums at only 25.  Who held the record before him? Elvis Presley.
