There are 8000 members of the showbiz world who have been invited to join the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. These members can vote on who wins the Oscars! Some of the invitees this year are Adele, Spider- Man star Tom Holland, Alexander Skarsgard, This Is Us star Sterling K Brown, Black panther’s Letitia Wright and Winston Duke, and Eurythmics frontwoman and Oscar winner Annie Lennox. Current Oscar winner Lady Gaga was invited to join on two branches- Music and Acting.
