Did Taylor Swift break Instagram? Just about everybody was ready and waiting on Instagram for Taylor’s live announcement. She revealed the name of her new album is “Lover” and it will be released August 23rd. Her explanation for the release date? “I’m obnoxious,” she joked. 13 is her lucky number. August is the eighth month, and then 23… 8 + 2 + 3 = 13. “Lover” will feature 18 tracks, which is more than any other of her albums. There will also be four deluxe versions of the album, which will be available on her website and at Target. She also announced the release of her new single! Meantime, shortly after the big Instagram Live announcement, the app crashed for over an hour.
