In case he doesn’t have enough going on, Ed Sheeran is opening up a London eatery. He is reopening a Spanish restaurant and revamping it into a trendy, more modern spot with live music. The current name of the spot is Galicia but Ed plans on calling it… CASTLE ON THE HILL!
