Demi Lovato Hospitalized: Celebs React

Demi Lovato was rushed to the hospital yesterday, reportedly because of a drug overdose. The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to her Hollywood Hills home where she was reportedly unconscious.  A representative for the 25 year old said Tuesday night:

“Demi is awake and with her family who want to express thanks to everyone for the love, prayers and support. Some of the information being reported is incorrect and they respectfully ask for privacy and not speculation as her health and recovery is the most important thing right now.”

The singer has been open about her battles with substance abuse, and just recently released a new song about breaking her sobriety.

Demi’s ex-boyfriend, Wilmer Valderrama, is “shocked,” according to PEOPLE Magazine, and is “heartbroken” to see her in back in this dark place.  Many celebrity friends have also reached out to Demi on social media:

ABC announce “The Connors” will premiere Tuesday, October 16th at 8pm.  The rework of the “Roseanne” reboot “will have no financial or creative involvement” from Roseanne Barr.

Here we go again! Mel B. confirmed in a recent interview that the Spice Girls are getting back together THIS YEAR!  The group disbanded in 2000, but she said, “We’re sisters at the end of the day and what we went through was quite and amazing, brilliant journey, so we’re together.  We’re back together.”  She did say that ONE former member has been difficult about the reunion, but , “…she’s being roped in.”
