Ed’s getting sued, will Demi finally talk and FINALLY a premiere date!

The FX network has announced that season eight of “American Horror Story” will premiere Wed, Sep 12. Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters and Kathy Bates will be back for the new season and although there’s no theme or title for this season, Deadline reports series creator Ryan Murphy has teased that it will take place in the near-distant future, and be a crossover of Season 1’s “Murder House” and Season 3’s “Coven.”

Ed Sheeran has been sued again, for the same song. Back in 2016, the estate of Motown songwriter Ed Townsend claimed that Sheeran’s hit “Thinking Out Loud” stole from Marvin Gaye’s “Let’s Get It On,” which was co-written by Townsend. Now, TMZ.com says a company called Structured Asset Sales which owns one-third of the copyright to “Let’s Get It On” is suing Ed Sheeran for $100-million dollars claiming infringement.

Talk show hosts are scrambling to score the first interview with Demi Lovato. She’s said to be “fielding offers from major networks for a tell-all about her return to addiction hell.” A source said that Demi expressed interest in divulging her secrets. “She’s ready to share what led to the relapse and what she is doing now to stay sober. Demi has always been honest with her fans about her struggles.”

Tonight in England, Demi wraps the European leg of her Tell Me You Love Me World Tour. The show in Birmingham need to be rescheduled from mid-June due to Demi’s “swollen vocal cords.” At least, that was the excuse two weeks ago. We know now that she’d relapsed after six years of sobriety and only recently put down the bottle.

Jimmy Fallon and the Backstreet Boys did a classroom instruments cover of “I Want It That Way” and we’re in love!
