The mystery of the B in IHOB is solved! IHOP is temporarily changing their name to promote that they serve lunch and dinner items as well. The B will stand for BURGERS. IHOP is adding several burgers top their menu, including a Big Brunch burger with bacon, a fried egg and browned potato on top.
