More Billboard Music Awards news… Janet Jackson will receive the Icon Award this year. Previous recipients include Cher, Neil Diamond, Celine Dion, Jennifer Lopez, Prince and Stevie Wonder. Janet Jackson will also perform on the show May 20th making this her first nationally televised performance in almost ten years!
