Heather Locklear is free on bail after being arrested on multiple charges Sunday night. She was taken into custody at her California home after fighting with her boyfriend. Her brother had called 911. She was reportedly combative with police when they arrived and was charged with felony domestic violence and misdemeanor battery. She’s due in court March 13th.
Alicia Silverstone and her husband of 12 years, Christopher Jarecki, are calling it quits. Her rep said, “They still deeply love and respect each other and remain very close friends but have mutually decided to separate after being together for 20 years. They have a son together who they will continue to co-parent.” Their son, Bear Blue Jarecki, is six years old.
Flimmaker Kevin Smith is recovering from a massive heart attack. The 47 year old “Clerks” and “Mallrats” director was recently rushed to a California hospital.
Most of the original Murphy Brown cast has signed on for the revival at CBS. Faith Ford, Joe Regalbuto and Grant Shaud will all join Candice Bergen for the 13-episode series set to launch in the fall. So far, only Charles Kimbrough, who played Jim Dial, has not signed on.
The Weinstein Company will file for bankruptcy since a deal for the sale of the company has fallen through.
