Season 24 of American Idol is a go! Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie are all returning to judge for the upcoming season. The show will premiere in 2026 but auditions start today with “Idol Across America.”
Former Idol winner Carrie Underwood joined the show as a judge last year but Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie have been judges since Season 16 back in 2018.
