Suffolk County Homicide detectives are investigating the circumstances around how a woman’s body ended up in a wooded area in Centereach. Police say on Sunday October 11, 2020 around 12 p. m., Sixth precinct officers responded to a call of a woman’s body lying in a wooded area off Hawkins Road near Eastwood Blvd. The body was identified as 33 year old Jaclyn D’Andrea of Bellmore. An autopsy was performed and the cause of death is under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call the Homicide Squad detectives at 631-852-6392.
