Early voting is now underway across Long Island, giving residents a head start on Election Day.
Nassau County has 27 early voting locations, while Suffolk County offers 28 sites for voters.
Early voting continues through Sunday, November 2, and thousands of Long Islanders are expected to turn out ahead of Election Day.
Among the key races this year is the Nassau County executive contest between incumbent Republican Bruce Blakeman and Democratic Legislator Seth Koslow. Voters in New York City will also weigh in on the race for mayor.
