The MTV VMAs have been going since 1984 and now in 2025 they have finally added a country music category. Best country music video include Chris Stapleton “Think I’m in Love with You,” Cody Johnson and Carrie Underwood “I’m Gonna Love You,” Jelly Roll “Liar,” Lainy Wilson “4x4xU,” Megan Moroney “Am I Okay,” and Morgan Wallen “Smile.” Morgan Wallen is also nominated for Artist of the Year and best album with “I’m The Problem.”
