A Lynbrook man has been accused of attacking a PSEG employee in East Rockaway over the weekend.
Authorities say the victim was working on Atlantic Avenue when John Spears confronted him around 11 a.m. Saturday. The two got into an argument and Spears then began to strike the man, knocking off and breaking his glasses. The victim called police and Spears was arrested.
