Potter County Deputies arrested 18-year-old Trae Lucky Castillo Wednesday at 12:30pm in the 900 block of Don for an Out-Of-County Charge. Sheriffs arrested Amarini Fisher, age 19 Wednesday at 4pm in the 1900 block of South Madison for Robbery. Bond was set at $7,000 for 31-year-old Albert Joel Garcia who was arrested Wednesday morning at 1:50 at Northeast 16th and Arapahoe For Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1 and Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence. Potter County Detention Center inmate Crystale Ann Hammond, age 42 was charged Wednesday with Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1.
Potter County Sheriffs arrested 36-year-old Victoria Ann Marroquin Wednesday at 11pm in the 200 block of North Buchanan for Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member. Deputies arrested Tyara Johnell Dawn Phillips, age 20 Wednesday at 5:30pm at Olsen and Western for Violation of a Bond or Protective Order and an Out-Of-County charge. PCSO took 27-year-old Ariel Shyan Ruth into custody Wednesday at 10am in the 1400 block of Amarillo Blvd-East for two Fugitive Charges. Bond was assessed at $2,500 for 32-year-old Timothy Joel Seth who was arrested by Potter County Wednesday morning at 2:37 in the 1600 block of South Grand for Driving While Intoxicated with an Open Alcohol Container and a City Charge.
