The Randall County Sheriffs Office was made aware Monday that a jail uniform had been stolen and listed for sale on Facebook.
During an investigation by the Criminal Investigations Division, is was determined that Vance Hanson had been held at the Randall County Jail and was released on October 1st. According to Sgt Hillary Garcia, Video surveillance showed that Hanson failed to return his county-issued inmate uniform upon release. A warrant was issued for Hanson's arrest on Wednesday. RCSO apprehended Hanson at his residence. He was booked for Theft Class-C, a misdemeanor.
