Potter County Sheriffs arrested 68-year-old Tyrone Coleman Harris Wednesday morning at 11:20 in the 500 block of South Fillmore for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1.
Potter County Detention Center inmate Angelo Gabriel Welch, age 25 was charged Wednesday with Racing on the Highway, bond was set at $1,500.
