Potter County charged Randall County Jail Inmate Sirilo Montes Palacio, the third age 22 Monday with Robbery. Sheriffs arrested Kalina Milagro Quezada, age 32 Monday afternoon at 5:10 in the 3600 block of Northeast 11th and Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1 and a City Charge. Deputies arrested 38-year-old Thomas Justin Smith Monday evening at 6:15 in the 1700 block of Southeast 16th for Theft of Property between $30,000 and $150,000.
Potter County Sheriffs arrested 36-year-old Ashley Cheyenne Vaughn Monday at 4:05pm in the 1300 block of Beverly for Driving While License is Invalid with a Previous Conviction or Suspension and a City Charge. Deputies arrested Martin Lee Winslow the second, age 40 Monday at 2pm in the 900 block of South Polk for an Out-Of-County Charge. Bond was set at $4,000 for 19-year-old Jerome Derrick Woodside who was arrested Monday at 2:10am at Northeast 24th and the Dumas Highway for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-2 and Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon.
