Nassau police say they have found the clothing and vehicle of Petros Krommidas, a Democratic candidate for the Nassau County Legislature who has been missing since last week.
His vehicle was found parked near the Long Beach boardwalk and his clothing was found on the beach. Krommidas was last seen Wednesday at about 9 p.m. at the home he shares with his parents in Baldwin.
