Willem Dafoe got his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame yesterday and it’s about time! Do you know he has appeared in almost 150 films!!!! “It’s real humbling to be here and to be part of this,” he said yesterday at the ceremony. “It’s wonderful to be part of this community of artists and entertainers, people that by sharing their experience and imagining others’ perspectives… make us feel closer to each other and connect us.”
Pedro Pascal, Patricia Arquette and Mark Ruffalo, who is currently starring alongside Dafoe in the Golden Globe winning “Poor Things,” were all there to support their fellow actor and friend.
Willem has quite the range of characters from Vincent Van Gogh in “At Eternity’s Gate,” The Green Goblin in the Spiderman movies most recently playing the role in “Spiderman: No Way Home,” to roles in “American Psycho,” “Aquaman,” “John Wick” and “The Fault in our Stars,” even voicing the fish Gill in “Finding Nemo.”
