After much speculation of which service it would be picked up on the Netflix hit Wednesday will be returning for a second season to Netflix. No surprise it’s getting picked up since it became Netflix’s third-most watched series of all time behind Stranger Things season 4 and Squid Game.
Jenna Ortega stars as Wednesday in this Tim Burton series but she is not the first to portray the young Addams. Christina Ricci is most recognizable for playing her in the films The Addams Family and Addams Family Values both of which came out in the early 90s. Lisa Loring was the first playing her in The Addams Family TV series in 1964. Chloe Grace Moretz voiced Wednesday in the animated films.
