A North Amityville man is accused in a hit-and-run that killed a man on route 110 in Farmingdale.
The accident happened around 3pm yesterday afternoon, when the driver hit the victim and the speed away.
The victim was pronounced dead at Good Samaritan University Hospital
The Police located the driver at his North Amityville home about half an hour after the collision.. He is facing a charge of leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death.
