Police say a man has been injured in a drive-by shooting in North Amityville.
According to police, a 34-year-old man was walking towards his car when someone fired two shots out of the passenger side of a passing white sedan. Police say it may have been a Mercedes.
The man was transported to the hospital for treatment of injuries that are not life-threatening.
There is no information on a possible motive.
