WALK for WOMEN Fund

Breast cancer is the single most-important, top-of-mind health issue for women on Long Island.  Every Long Island family has been touched by breast cancer in some way.  On Long Island, one in seven women will develop breast cancer sometime over her lifetime.

For these reasons, WALK 97.5 has become integrally involved in the fight against breast cancer on Long Island with the establishment of the WALK For Women Breast Cancer Fund directly benefiting breast cancer organizations and research right here on Long Island.
