No one should ever have to choose between buying groceries and paying for necessities like medicine, heat and electricity. But that's the case for more and more Long Island families. Throughout June, 13 Long Island credit unions invite you to join with them to fight hunger. They’ll be collecting non-perishable foods for Long Island Cares and Island Harvest.
