Deer Park (WALK) - There's been another pharmacy robbery in Suffolk, with police offering a reward of up to $5,000 to anyone who can help them find their suspect.
The man in the photo at left allegedly robbed a CVS Pharmacy on Deer Park Avenue in Deer Park of addictive pain medication, in a hold-up that took place Sunday night around 8 PM. They believe the same man may have committed a robbery at the very same store back on September 22nd.
The suspect, whose image was captured by a store security camera, allegedly jumped the pharmacy counter, grabbed a clerk and demanded the drugs, then fled after getting them.
Witnesses say the suspect fled in a dark-colored SUV. The vehicle was last seen heading southbound on Deer Park Avenue.
The robber is described as a white male in his mid 20s, approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall, with a thin build. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a Volcom Stone logo on the front, black jeans, black sneakers and aviator sunglasses.
