ABC announced “Modern Family” has been renewed for an 11th and final season. The show has won over 20 Primetime Emmy Awards over the years. Jesse Tyler Ferguson wrote on social media, “Will be hard to say goodbye. Love my family.” In the meantime, ABC did renew “The Good Doctor,” “A Million Little Things,” “Shark Tank,” and “Bachelor in Paradise.”
Lady Gaga will perform “Shallow” from “A Star is Born” at the Grammys. The song is up for four awards Sunday. Bradley Cooper will not be joining her, as he will be in London representing “A Star is Born” at the BAFTAs. The two will perform the duet together at the Oscars February 24th.
Meantime, Ariana Grande will NOT perform at the Grammys and skipping out on the ceremony entirely after a disagreement with her producers. Her producers reportedly want her to sing “God is a Woman,” for which she’s nominated for Best Pop Vocal Performance. But Ariana wanted to sing “7 Rings,” which they would not agree to let her perform. Her album, “Sweetener,” is also nominated for Best Pop Vocal Album.
Pink was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Tuesday. Ellen DeGeneres was on hand to present her the honor. Pink called it “surreal.” She’s a three-time Grammy winner, and is nominated this Sunday for Best Pop Vocal Album for “Beautiful Trauma.”
