Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting baby number four via surrogate. US Weekly is reporting that it is a baby boy due in May, who will join big brother Saint (3) and big sisters North (5) and Chicago (1). They are reportedly using the same surrogate who delivered Chicago.
